1. Ownership of the Site

The owner of the website at www.esserrepharma.com is Esserre Pharma srl, with registered office in Italy at Via Salaria, 292 – 00199 Rome (RM), tax code, VAT number, and registration in the Rome Company Register no. 12540841009 (hereinafter "Esserre").

The Site includes a reserved area where certain healthcare professionals can register to access the content free of charge; this content may be scientific or promotional in nature.

2. Ownership of the Site Contents and Use by Users

All visible and invisible components of this Site (for example, text, images, sounds, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, audiovisual content, software, etc., hereinafter all collectively referred to as the "Contents"), including any adaptations and updates thereof, are the exclusive property of Esserre and/or licensed to Esserre by third-party owners and/or licensees and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation, and in particular by the applicable copyright law, Law No. 633/1941 and subsequent amendments and additions.

Therefore, pursuant to applicable laws, any reproduction, even partial, making available, modification, or processing, transfer, distribution, disclosure, or dissemination by any means without the prior written consent of the owner or other rights holder is strictly prohibited. 4. Limitations of Liability

Esserre declines any and all responsibility for how Users use the Site and its Content and cannot therefore be held liable for any damages. Furthermore, although reasonable and specific diligence, care, attention, and commitment have been used in the creation and operation of this Site and its Content, Esserre cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, and correctness of the Content or the absence of any technical problems, and declines all liability in this regard.

The User will be held responsible and shall indemnify and hold Esserre and any third parties harmless from any claim and/or prejudice and/or direct and/or indirect damage and/or loss and/or cost arising from and connected to the User's violation of applicable laws and/or the Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to Esserre's right to exercise its rights, in compliance with the procedures established by law, in all competent courts, including criminal proceedings.

If Esserre detects a violation of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, it may immediately take corrective action, including blocking access to the Site and deleting any information, data, or content entered into the Site by the User, at any time and without notice, without assuming any liability in this regard, reserving the right to report the incident to the competent Authorities.

6. Links to Other Sites

The Site may contain links and/or banners or other forms of connection to sites (including social media) of independent third parties.

However, even if these third parties are affiliated with Esserre, the inclusion of such links on the Site does not imply approval or control by Pfizer of the related sites and their content. 8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal claims or proceedings relating to the Site and its Content shall be governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the provisions of private international law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation, application, or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, without prejudice to the provisions of applicable law regarding jurisdiction.
