Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is applicable only to consumer customers (B2C) and is not provided for purchases made by professionals (B2B).

The right of withdrawal may be exercised no later than 14 days from the delivery of the product. Products must be intact, unopened, and suitable for resale. Returns of opened products are not permitted for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Shipping costs for returns are borne entirely by the customer.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal 

As of June 19, 2026, Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code provides, for contracts concluded online, the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal also through a specific online function.

The right of withdrawal may therefore be exercised using one of the methods indicated below.

Withdrawal via online form

To exercise the right of withdrawal online, you may fill out and submit the following form.

The form requires the entry of the information necessary to identify the customer, the order, and the products subject to the withdrawal.

Once the form has been submitted, the customer will automatically receive, at the indicated email address, an acknowledgment of receipt containing the summary of the withdrawal declaration submitted, as well as the date and time of submission.

Submitting the form within the established deadline allows for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Customer Service will subsequently handle the communication, verify the applicability of the right of withdrawal, and provide the customer with the necessary instructions for returning the products.

The personal data communicated through the form will be processed exclusively for the management of the request, in accordance with what is indicated in the Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal via email

The right of withdrawal may still be exercised by sending an explicit declaration to the address esserrepharma.logistapharma@logista.com, indicating:

• Order number
  
• Surname of the person who placed the order
  
• Email address used during the purchase

Customer Service will process the request and verify the applicability of the right of withdrawal. If successful, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the address and instructions for the return. If the right of withdrawal is found not to be applicable, you will receive a communication stating the relevant reasons.

Refunds will be issued within the timeframes stipulated by applicable legislation, using the same payment method as the initial purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon with the customer.
